Machinist — Floyd County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a machinist in Floyd County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens The role involves: • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation 2+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
