Concrete pump mate • Davidson County, Tennessee

Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Davidson County, Tennessee. You will work at a ready-mix concrete plant. What we are looking for: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds The role involves: • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
