Powder coating operator — Ashley County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Ashley County, Arkansas. What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg On the job you will handle: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness 3+ years on the tools preferred.
