Carpenter — Burnet County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a carpenter in Burnet County, Texas. On a typical shift you will fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge. Ideal candidate: • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
