Vacancy available: dishwashing attendant (Kentucky)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Marshall County, Kentucky. The job is in a catering unit. Day-to-day duties: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Rotating shifts.
