Maintenance painter wanted in Koochiching County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Koochiching County, Minnesota. You will be based at a property maintenance company. You will prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; measure up and work out paint and material quantities; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; mix and tint paint to match colour swatches. You should have: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site 4+ years on the tools preferred.
