Scullery hand wanted in Martin County

Now hiring: we are hiring a scullery hand in Martin County, Indiana. The role involves top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
