Overhead (EOT) crane operator • Muskingum County, Ohio

Now hiring: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in Muskingum County, Ohio. On a typical shift you will keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift. Ideal candidate: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts 6+ years on the tools preferred.
