Urgent requirement: we are hiring a deboner in Ikpoba-Okha, Edo. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Day-to-day duties: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Part-time with flexible hours.
