Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Sargent County, North Dakota. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts You will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
