The role involves: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. ₦200,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
