Road roller operator wanted in Glades County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a road roller operator in Glades County, Florida. You will be based on an earthmoving and excavation site. The role involves level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels. Requirements: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
