Kitchenhand wanted in Wallowa County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Wallowa County, Oregon. The job is at a banquet hall. Day to day you will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Rotating shifts.
