Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Reagan County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime You will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. $31 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
