Cnc turner — Floyd County

Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc turner in Floyd County, Indiana. You will be based at a busy machine shop. Your main tasks: • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes Ideal candidate: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts 3+ years on the tools preferred.
