Mobile crane operator — Clarke County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a mobile crane operator in Clarke County, Georgia. You will work in a warehouse fitted with overhead cranes. On a typical shift you will rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) Part-time with flexible hours.
