Brick mason — Wayne County

Join our team: we are hiring a brick mason in Wayne County, Georgia. You will be based at a residential building site. The role involves: • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb You should have: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
