Dough maker — Chattooga County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Chattooga County, Georgia. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Score the top of loaves before baking • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
