Bakery assistant wanted in Atisbo

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Atisbo, Oyo State. Day to day you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. ₦1,450 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
