Baker wanted in Miller County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Miller County, Missouri. You will work in a bread factory. Day to day you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
