Confectioner • Roane County, West Virginia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Roane County, West Virginia. You will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; score the top of loaves before baking; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends.
