Immediate opening: we are hiring a bench joiner in Wilbarger County, Texas. The job is in a cabinet-making workshop. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists The role involves: • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level Full-time with occasional weekends.
