Now hiring: we are hiring a grill cook in Calhoun County, Illinois. On the job you will handle: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Part-time with flexible hours.
