Single needle operator — King William County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a single needle operator in King William County, Virginia. You will work on a ready-made garment production line. You will press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens Full-time, day shift.
