Baker — Clatsop County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Clatsop County, Oregon. You will be based in a bread factory. The role involves decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
