Head baker wanted in Woodson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head baker in Woodson County, Kansas. The role involves: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Six days a week, one day off. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
