Kitchen cook wanted in Queens County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Queens County, New York. On the job you will handle: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
