Great opportunity: we are hiring a steward in Coal County, Oklahoma. The job is in a catering unit. On the job you will handle: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) 2+ years on the tools preferred.
