Coating plant operator wanted in Loving County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Loving County, Texas. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
