Your main tasks: • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter What we are looking for: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
