Great opportunity: we are hiring a sample machinist in Lincoln County, Minnesota. You will work at a knitwear stitching unit. You should have: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams Your main tasks: • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance 4+ years on the tools preferred.
