Join our team: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Reeves County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Part-time with flexible hours.
