Hydraulic crane operator — Grant County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Grant County, Washington. Requirements: • Current medical and eyesight certificate • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) Day-to-day duties: • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
