Banksman — Ussa

Now hiring: we are hiring a banksman in Ussa, Taraba State. You will work at a busy construction site. Day to day you will inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather Part-time with flexible hours.
