We are recruiting: scaffolder (Illinois)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a scaffolder in Lake County, Illinois. You will be based at a commercial fit-out project. On a typical shift you will inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use; tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors; set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground; lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips; fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid. Ideal candidate: • Able to read basic scaffold drawings • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
