We are recruiting: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Stirling, Scotland. The role involves backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger. You should have: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
