Vacancy available: company driver (Connecticut)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a company driver in Greater Bridgeport Planning Region, Connecticut. You will be based at a delivery and dispatch hub. On the job you will handle: • Drive within speed limits and follow all road safety rules • Carry out daily pre-trip checks on tyres, engine oil, coolant, brakes and lights • Load and unload parcels and secure the load with straps and ropes • Park and reverse safely in tight loading bays and narrow lanes What we are looking for: • Physically fit to load and unload goods by hand • Clean driving record with no major traffic violations • Good knowledge of city roads, routes and shortcuts At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
