Plasterer — Tioga County

Join our team: we are hiring a plasterer in Tioga County, Pennsylvania. The job is in a refurbishment property. Your main tasks: • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming You should have: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
