Immediate opening: we are hiring a café server in Bristol Bay Borough, Alaska. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. Your main tasks: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Clear and reset tables between covers • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) Requirements: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
