Backhoe operator wanted in Carter County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Carter County, Kentucky. The role involves: • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient Ideal candidate: • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
