Requirements: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop On a typical shift you will insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals.
