Urgent requirement: packaging worker (Virginia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a packaging worker in City of Petersburg, Virginia. The job is at a busy packing line. On a typical shift you will inspect packs for leaks, dents or damaged seals; seal cartons with a tape gun or hot-melt glue; strap and band pallets ready for loading; check best-before and expiry dates on every box; apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack; separate rejects and re-pack faulty units. You should have: • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing • Attention to detail for date codes and labelling • Previous experience on a packing or production line 5+ years on the tools preferred.
