Electrostatic spray painter — Franklin County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Franklin County, Iowa. You will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Full-time, day shift.
