Your main tasks: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Full-time, day shift. ₦90,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
