Bar waiter wanted in Shelby County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bar waiter in Shelby County, Tennessee. You will be based at a busy restaurant. On the job you will handle: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel 1+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
