Sausage maker — Oyi

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sausage maker in Oyi, Anambra State. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Day to day you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking.
