Stone mason — Liverpool

Great opportunity: we are hiring a stone mason in Liverpool, England. On a typical shift you will lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar; seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers; grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets; cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site; lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys; polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound. You should have: • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. £2,550 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
