Waitress — Lauderdale County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a waitress in Lauderdale County, Tennessee. You will be based at a beach resort. You should have: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service You will check back during the meal and handle special requests; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. 4+ years on the tools preferred. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
