Urgent requirement: injection moulding machine operator (Virginia)

Join our team: we are hiring an injection moulding machine operator in Goochland County, Virginia. You will be based on a production line. On a typical shift you will set up and start the machine as per the job card; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
