Cold room technician — Yankton County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cold room technician in Yankton County, South Dakota. The job is on a customer's rooftop chiller plant. The role involves check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge; service split AC units and VRF systems; install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets; trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution; read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges; trace electrical circuits with a multimeter. Requirements: • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders $250 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Part-time with flexible hours.
